Manage, supervise, and direct union employees in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Ensure compliance in safety, environment, and personnel issues that may arise. Manage inventory on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. All other tasks as assigned. Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to train and motivate others. Understanding and adherence to safety regulations. Ability to work in all types of weather conditions. Ability to lift 50lbs or more as required. Knowledge of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap or desire to learn. Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced, team-oriented, work environment. Must have favorable results of credit checks, background checks, and other assessments. Minimum of one year supervisory or lead experience in an industrial setting.
