401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development Vision insurance We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse staff, inventory, equipment, and daily operations. This position ensures tools, vehicles, trailers, and materials are organized, maintained, and ready to support restoration projects. What You'll Do Supervise and provide daily direction to warehouse personnel. Maintain an organized, clean, secure, and safe warehouse and yard. Track inventory and oversee the checkout and return of tools and equipment. Ensure equipment is cleaned, inspected, maintained, and ready for use. Coordinate the staging, loading, delivery, and pickup of project materials and equipment. Monitor supply levels and submit repair, replacement, and restocking requests. Maintain accurate inventory, vehicle, equipment, and maintenance records. Support occasional after-hours and emergency response needs. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED. At least 2 years of warehouse, inventory, construction, restoration, or related experience. Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate records. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and work in indoor and outdoor conditions.
