This vital role involves managing the drilling crew, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining smooth workflow throughout the project. As a key leader in our operations, you will coordinate with various departments to uphold safety standards, optimize equipment usage, and ensure timely completion of drilling objectives. Your expertise will drive productivity and uphold our commitment to safety and excellence in every aspect of the operation. Responsibilities Supervise daily drilling operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures Coordinate with the drilling crew to assign tasks and monitor performance for maximum efficiency Oversee heavy equipment operation including cranes, forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, and other material handling equipment Manage inventory levels of tools, materials, and supplies using RF scanners and inventory management systems Ensure proper manual handling techniques are followed during material loading, unloading, and storage Maintain accurate records of operations, safety inspections, and equipment maintenance logs Enforce OSHA standards and safety protocols to create a safe working environment for all team members Requirements Proven experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or related warehouse operations Prior experience as a warehouse supervisor or in a similar leadership role within a warehouse setting Strong knowledge of materials handling equipment operation including forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and crane operation Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and measurements Familiarity with order picker systems and manual order picking processes Demonstrated understanding of heavy lifting techniques and manual handling safety procedures Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and management effectively Commitment to safety protocol adherence in compliance with OSHA regulations Join us as a Tool Pusher and lead our team toward operational excellence!
