Job Description
Join our team as an Operations Lead
- Shipping & Receiving and play a key role in keeping our warehouse and shipping operation running safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
We are looking for a hands-on, bilingual English/Spanish leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced industrial environment and can keep people, materials, and priorities moving in the right direction.
Alternating shifts:

Work closely with Production, Distribution, carriers, and warehouse teams . What You'll Do Coordinate daily Shipping & Receiving activities based on production schedules, customer requirements, and transportation needs. Prioritize and assign work to Shipping & Receiving employees based on operational needs and shipment priorities. Lead by example and provide day-to-day direction and support to warehouse and shipping employees. Coordinate loading and unloading activities while ensuring safe and efficient material handling. Verify shipments are accurately prepared, labeled, documented, and ready for pickup. Ensure incoming materials and products are properly received, inspected, identified, and stored. Monitor the movement of finished goods and materials throughout the warehouse and distribution process. Coordinate with Production and Distribution leadership regarding product availability and shipment priorities. Communicate with carriers and help coordinate transportation needs. Identify and escalate delays, shortages, inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, or other issues that could impact customer shipments. Support inventory accuracy, including cycle counts and reconciliation. Follow and reinforce company safety procedures, work instructions, and 5S standards. Help identify opportunities to improve workflow, organization, safety, and overall warehouse efficiency.
What We're Looking For Required:
Bilingual English/Spanish

REQUIRED.
Must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with employees, leadership, and other business partners. 2-4 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing. Previous lead, team lead, or informal leadership experience. Experience operating or working around forklifts and other material-handling equipment. Experience with inventory control and shipping/receiving documentation. Basic computer skills and experience using warehouse, ERP, or inventory systems. Ability to read and understand shipping documents, work instructions, and safety procedures. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP, WMS, or another ERP system. Forklift certification. Experience in steel, wire, manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial distribution. Experience performing inventory cycle counts and reconciliation. Experience coordinating transportation, freight, or carriers. Experience with 5S, continuous improvement, or lean manufacturing initiatives.
Pay:
$19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
