Full Job Description Job Description :
This position is accountable for supervising warehouse activities; and providing for the safe and secure operation of all warehouse activities, equipment, employees and inventory.
Job Duties :
Utilize Company's WMS to effectively pull and load orders, and to adequately monitor production rates and team's efficiency Maintain positive accountability of all department specific IT equipment Abide by and follow all OSHA rules and regulations Assist in keeping warehouse clean and orderly, clean up trash, level pallets, take out trash As needed: scrub floors, charge floor scrubber, clean dock wells, sweep around dumpster, organize pallets outside, organize and clean keg cooler Palletize work orders View/Edit Swipeclock; enter notes as needed Cover/Fill in positions as needed Correspondence/Emails EOS Create/View reports Ensure pullers are staying productive and meeting the standards set forth by management Loads hot shot deliveries and new account orders when needed Train team members how to correctly pull orders Train new hires warehouse procedures Make sure all doors are secure and locked, truck doors locked, gates locked, vehicles pulled inside, keg truck and forklifts plugged in at the end of the shift, turn out all appropriate lights, set alarm before leaving warehouse, and set the thermostat to set temp schedule in the winter in the p.m. Make sure that all personnel are pulling correct code dates Communicate with Delivery Manager on which routes should be loaded with which trucks
