About Us:

CTV specializes in product prep and 3PL services, with over 15 years of experience. We focus on receiving, kitting, and shipping products to Amazon's FBA centers. Our operations include large-volume kitting, shrink-wrapping, bubble-wrapping, and creating custom product configurations like variety packs and multipacks.

Position Overview:

The Operations Lead plays a vital role in our company by supporting Area Managers in the development and supervision of hourly employees. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience, a demonstrated history of leadership, and strong technological aptitude with keen attention to detail. Responsibilities include assisting with daily department operations and assuming leadership in the Area Manager's absence.

Collaborate with fellow warehouse leads and departments to optimize staffing levels, ensuring efficient shift operations and achievement of all objectives. Uphold a safe working environment. Track and analyze operational performance metrics. Encourage and promote employee engagement. Foster collaboration across different departments.

Qualifications:

Experience in a leadership role: 1+ years required Experience in warehousing: 2+ years Able to be on your feet for the majority of the shift Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Ability to collaborate and strategize with business stakeholders. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and some holidays to meet business needs.
