Job Description

Attention Sports Fans! We are immediately hiring 2nd shift Warehouse Packing Lead for the Dallas Cowboys Merchandise warehouse located in Frisco, TX. The schedule for the role is 1:00 pm - 12:00 am Monday through Friday with flexibility for irregular hours. You must be able to work Saturdays during busy times. You must have reliable transportation for this role since public transportation to there is not available. Duties at Dallas Cowboys Warehouse will include: Lead by example in all safety practices, actively participating in front-line initiatives and the Emergency Response Team (ERT) to reinforce a strong culture of safety awareness. Manage team productivity, provide timely feedback and recognition, and escalate performance or conduct issues to manager, as needed. Train, coach, and assess team members on packing procedures and equipment Delegate tasks and goals effectively to team members, ensuring clarity and accountability. Foster engagement, motivation, and collaboration across full-time and seasonal staff. Review operational reports to identify workload priorities, SLA risks, productivity gaps, and quality opportunities. Contribute to process improvements, SOP adherence, and training program enhancements. Perform quality audits to ensure compliance with SOPs and customer requirements. Perform all functions of hourly team members as needed. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management. Perform additional duties and special projects assigned by the Leadership Team to support Ops success Perform functions of hourly team members and leads when necessary. Complete detailed shift handovers to ensure continuity between shifts Qualifications/ Requirements for these jobs include: College degree or equivalent relevant experience. Previous warehouse and/or administrative experience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse systems (WMS). Ability to manage a high level of detail across multiple priorities. Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to lift to 35 lbs. and work extended periods on the warehouse floor. Able to work Monday - Friday, 1pm-12am, with flexibility for irregular hours, as needed. Must be available to work overtime and Saturdays as business needs require These are great long term jobs.
