Mixed Day & Night Shift Rotation Compensation:

$50,000•$55,000 per year Position Overview Cache House is seeking a dependable and hands-on Operations Supervisor to oversee warehouse and fulfillment operations within a fast-paced 3PL environment. This role will support both daytime warehouse operations and evening parcel sort operations, requiring a flexible leader who can adapt to changing operational needs while maintaining organization, accountability, and team morale. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, organized, and capable of leading warehouse associates and temporary labor teams in a productive and respectful manner. Experience with ShipHero WMS is strongly preferred. Schedule Expectations 3 Day Shifts per Week 2 Night Shifts per Week Weekend availability required as needed Typical shifts may range between:

Day Operations:

8:00 AM•5:00

PM Night Operations:

4:00 PM•1:00 AM Key Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse and fulfillment operations Lead warehouse associates and temporary labor staff Maintain productivity, workflow organization, and operational efficiency Assist with parcel sorting, picking, packing, receiving, shipping, and inventory operations Ensure operational KPIs and service levels are achieved Coordinate labor assignments and staffing priorities throughout shifts Monitor attendance, productivity, and team performance Help maintain a positive and professional warehouse culture Work closely with leadership to resolve operational issues quickly Utilize ShipHero WMS for order management, inventory tracking, and operational reporting Assist with dock management, trailer flow, and outbound scheduling Promote warehouse safety and operational accountability Qualifications 2+ years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience Prior experience in a 3PL, fulfillment, distribution, or parcel operation preferred ShipHero WMS experience strongly preferred Experience leading hourly warehouse associates and/or temporary labor Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments Comfortable working both day and night shifts Forklift experience preferred Basic understanding of warehouse KPIs and workflow management What We're Looking For Strong team leadership and communication skills Dependable and consistent work ethic Ability to organize and motivate teams without creating conflict Hands-on leadership approach Flexible mindset and willingness to support operational needs Someone who leads with accountability, professionalism, and respect Compensation & Benefits $50,000•$55,000 annual salary based on experience Opportunity for advancement within a growing logistics operation Hands-on operational leadership role with direct impact on company growth
