Looking for Warehouse Coordinator jobs in Haslet where leadership and organization drive results? Job Duties Lead and supervise warehouse associates to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. Foster a positive, accountable team culture focused on safety, productivity, and continuous improvement. Support customers and internal teams by resolving order, shipping, and inventory issues promptly and professionally. Train, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance and operational skills. Identify and resolve process bottlenecks while driving workflow and accuracy improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality control standards. Track and report key performance metrics, using data insights to drive decisions and enhance efficiency. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred. Experience Requirements Experience leading warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics operations. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse procedures, and workplace safety practices. Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, or related business systems. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Preferred Qualifications Previous supervisory or management experience within a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred. Experience managing inventory accuracy, shipping operations, receiving activities, and employee performance is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, OSHA regulations, or supply chain best practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate leadership, accountability, professionalism, and a commitment to operational excellence are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Coordinator. Physical Capabilities Ability to walk, stand, and move throughout warehouse operations for extended periods. Ability to occasionally lift or move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely work in active warehouse environments with forklifts, conveyors, and material handling equipment. Ability to inspect warehouse operations and respond to operational needs throughout the facility.
