Recruiting CoordinatorPay Rate:

$28-$30/hrPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Recruiting Coordinator to support high-volume hourly hiring within a manufacturing environment. This role provides administrative, scheduling, and process support throughout the recruiting lifecycle, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial scheduling through orientation and Day 1 onboarding. The Recruiting Coordinator will partner closely with recruiters, HR teams, and hiring managers to coordinate interviews, hiring events, offers, and pre-employment activities while maintaining accurate candidate records and recruiting data.



Key ResponsibilitiesInterview & Hiring Event CoordinationSchedule candidates for interviews, hiring events, and recruiting activities.



Manage confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling requests.



Send candidate reminders, arrival instructions, and event communications.



Prepare interview schedules, candidate rosters, and onsite logistics.



Assist with candidate check-in and support the flow of hiring events.



Track attendance and update candidate statuses following interviews and events.



Candidate CommunicationServe as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.



Respond to questions regarding interviews, hiring events, offers, orientation, and pre-employment requirements.



Follow up with candidates to ensure completion of required actions.



Maintain professional, timely, and accurate communication.



Escalate complex issues to recruiters or HR partners as needed.



Offer & Pre-Employment AdministrationProcess approved offers and distribute offer documentation.



Monitor offer acceptance status and maintain accurate records.



Track pre-employment requirements and candidate progress.



Coordinate with internal teams regarding candidate clearances and onboarding readiness.



Ensure sensitive candidate information is handled appropriately and confidentially.



Orientation & Onboarding SupportSchedule and coordinate new hire orientation sessions.



Prepare orientation rosters and distribute Day 1 instructions.



Track attendance, document no-shows, and coordinate approved rescheduling efforts.



Update recruiting systems and onboarding trackers following orientation activities.



Recruiting Systems & ReportingMaintain accurate candidate records throughout the recruiting process.



Update applicant tracking systems and candidate statuses.



Manage hiring, onboarding, and recruiting trackers.



Audit records for accuracy and completeness.



Support recruiting metrics and reporting through timely system updates.



Protect confidential candidate and recruiting information.



Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.1+ year of experience in recruiting coordination, administrative support, HR support, scheduling, customer service, or a related field.



Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.



Excellent verbal and written communication skills.



Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.



Comfortable working onsite within a manufacturing environment.



Ability to learn and utilize recruiting, scheduling, and candidate management systems.



Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.



Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting high-volume recruiting, staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution hiring.



Experience coordinating hiring events, interview days, or onboarding activities.



Familiarity with Workday Recruiting.



Experience using Paradox or similar candidate engagement and scheduling platforms.



Experience maintaining applicant tracking systems and recruiting databases.



Bilingual communication skills relevant to the local workforce.



Schedule & Work EnvironmentPrimarily Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.Occasional evening and weekend availability required to support hiring events, interviews, orientation sessions, or multiple shift schedules.100% onsite position in a manufacturing environment.



Local candidates only; must be willing to travel locally as needed.



Frequent interaction with candidates, recruiters, HR teams, hiring managers, security personnel, and onboarding partners.



Performance ExpectationsDeliver accurate and responsive scheduling support.



Maintain timely candidate communications and clear next-step guidance.



Ensure recruiting systems, trackers, and candidate records remain current and accurate.



Support smooth execution of hiring events, onboarding, orientation, and Day 1 activities.



Protect confidential information while escalating issues appropriately.
