Job Description

Employnet is looking to hire a Warehouse Supervisor in the Kyle TX area.
Duties:
Oversee and supervise warehouse operations to ensure efficient and timely receipt, storage, and shipment of goods Coordinate and schedule daily activities of warehouse staff Train and mentor warehouse employees on proper procedures and safety protocols Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain product integrity Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve warehouse processes and optimize productivity Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory, generate reports, and analyze data Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role in a fast-paced distribution center. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and materials handling procedures Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement
Schedule:
Monday
  • Friday, 5am
  • 1:30pm
  • OT as required
Pay:
$27/hr
