Yard Coordinator Overview:

The Yard Coordinator is an entry-level position. This job is to efficiently organize all Momentum Rental and Sale's equipment and check in the driver's equipment. The Yard Coordinator works under direct supervision and expected to work hours with frequent standing and moving. This individual may be exposed to high heats and cold external temperatures while working outdoors.

Valid Drivers License with acceptable record. High School Diploma or GED. Training in a vocational school and/or on-the-job experience.

Experience:

Previous heavy equipment operator experiences strongly preferred.

Special Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of construction rental equipment, detailing or other related experience.

Yard Coordinator Responsibilities & Daily Duties:

Inspect equipment that is coming off rental for damage. On the tags, note the damage and report to supervisor. Stage the next driver's deliveries. Responsible for fueling up the equipment and noting it on the contract with hours and fuel and turn in to the front counter. While back yard-ready the rental equipment, ensure it is on the upline, equipment that comes off rental that is down, and ensure it is on the down line. Ensure equipment on the up line is grouped together. Keep the entire yard and parking lot clean. Start equipment daily. Maintain all equipment and it has proper appearance with cleanliness and decals. Provide exceptional customer service by helping and assisting customers when they come in to pick up equipment or off load equipment. Assist with was rack as needed.
