Are you a hands-on warehouse leader who knows how to develop people, improve performance, and keep an operation running safely and efficiently? E.A. Sween is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Lewisville, TX. You will lead daily warehouse operations while managing staffing, productivity, food safety, employee performance, and team development. This is an active leadership position for someone who communicates clearly, holds people accountable, solves problems quickly, and knows how to build a dependable warehouse team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Lead daily warehouse operations, staffing, and workflow
  • Manage labor needs and adjust staffing based on operational demands
  • Monitor productivity, accuracy, service levels, and performance KPIs
  • Train, coach, and develop warehouse employees
  • Address performance and attendance concerns consistently
  • Support employee engagement, teamwork, and retention
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, FSMA, food-safety, sanitation, and audit standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Identify operational problems and implement practical solutions

WHAT YOU NEED
  • At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Experience in warehousing, distribution, logistics, or a similar operation
  • Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage staffing, productivity, and performance expectations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong basic math skills
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Ability to repeatedly lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to push/pull up to 300 lbs. using a dolly or drag hook
  • Comfortable with frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, and reaching
  • Must pass required physical examination, drug screen, and background check
