Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Receiving Associate to join a fast-paced manufacturing warehouse team. This role is responsible for receiving incoming materials, verifying shipments against purchase orders, inspecting products for damage, and accurately storing inventory within the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial warehouse environment and be comfortable using RF scanners and warehouse management systems. Responsibilities Receive and unload incoming shipments from carriers and vendors Verify received materials against purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping documents Inspect incoming products for damage, shortages, or discrepancies Accurately scan and record inventory using RF scanners Label, organize, and put away materials in designated warehouse locations Maintain inventory accuracy and support cycle counts as needed Communicate receiving issues to purchasing, inventory, or warehouse leadership Keep receiving and warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe Follow company safety procedures and warehouse best practices Qualifications Previous receiving experience in a manufacturing or industrial warehouse environment Experience using RF scanners and inventory tracking systems Ability to read and verify purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping documents Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse software Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift Forklift experience is a plus Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred Experience Manufacturing, production, or industrial warehouse background Experience with inventory control and material handling Knowledge of receiving, stocking, and warehouse organization processes #BWC2
Pay:
$18.00 - $18.50 per hour
