We are seeking a motivated and reliable Assistant Supervisor to support daily warehouse operations. This role assists the Supervisor in overseeing staff, ensuring productivity goals are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and experience in a fast-paced logistics setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Supervisor in managing daily operations and workforce activities Monitor employee performance, productivity, and attendance Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members Ensure adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards Coordinate workflow and assignments to meet production goals Communicate with leadership regarding staffing needs, issues, and improvements Help train new hires and support onboarding processes Address minor operational issues and escalate when necessary

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse or logistics experience required Prior leadership or supervisory experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry systems) Flexible schedule, including overtime if needed

Physical Requirements:
