GCMex Imports is seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Lead / Warehouse Supervisor to help oversee daily warehouse operations in McAllen, Texas. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse leadership experience who can help manage workflow, support warehouse staff, and keep operations running efficiently. The ideal candidate will have forklift experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to help lead a warehouse team in a fast-paced import and logistics environment. Experience related to customs brokerage, shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations is strongly preferred. Basic computer knowledge is also a plus. This position may be filled at different levels depending on the candidate's experience, leadership ability, and background in warehouse and logistics operations.
