This includes scheduling, dispatching, and overseeing the work of the crew, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the safety of the crew. Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day dispatch of the shop crew.
• Ensure that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
• Maintain inventory of tools and equipment.
• Train, and supervise crew members.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
• Communicate effectively with the Dispatch Team.
• Continuously improve and optimize processes, tools, and equipment.
• Manage and track the crew's work progress and report any delays or issues that arise.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing dispatch.
• Strong knowledge of the threading process, welding, and pipe installation.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
