  • $25.00 weekly pay

  • Job Summary:
  • The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing second-shift warehouse operations in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

This role ensures the safe, efficient, and accurate movement of customer products while leading warehouse associates to meet productivity, quality, and customer service goals. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, experience in logistics and distribution, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • + Supervise and lead warehouse associates during the second shift.

+ Coordinate inbound, outbound, shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and inventory activities.

+ Monitor daily productivity and ensure operational goals and customer service levels are met.

+ Enforce OSHA safety regulations and company policies.

+ Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse employees.

+ Conduct shift meetings and communicate daily priorities.

+ Resolve operational issues and employee concerns in a timely manner.

+ Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper inventory control procedures.

+ Work closely with transportation, customer service, and management teams to meet customer requirements.

+ Prepare reports on productivity, attendance, safety, and performance metrics.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

+ Assist with scheduling, staffing, and labor planning to meet business demands.

  • Qualifications:
  • + High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

+ 3+ years of warehouse leadership experience, preferably in a 3PL or distribution environment.

+ Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations.

+ Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.

+ Forklift certification or ability to become certified preferred.

+ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

+ Flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed.

  • Preferred Skills:
  • + Experience managing KPIs such as productivity, inventory accuracy, safety, and on-time shipping. + Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement practices. + Experience with RF scanners and barcode systems. + Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • + Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

+ Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.

+ Work in a warehouse environment that may be hot, cold, dusty, or noisy.

+ Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and operate warehouse equipment. This position is ideal for an experienced warehouse leader who thrives in a high-volume 3PL environment and is committed to driving operational excellence, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction.
