About Us Nebsys Corp is an electronics remarketing and ITAD company based in Pflugerville, TX. We buy, grade, process, and resell devices across Amazon, eBay, and B2B wholesale channels. We move fast, we run lean, and we're building the team that will scale this operation. The Role We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Operations Lead to take ownership of day-to-day warehouse activities and help drive operational excellence. This is a working leadership role- on day one, you'll be actively involved in receiving inventory, processing and sorting accessories, creating product listings, fullfilling orders, and managing shipping operations. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is eager to grow into a supervisory or management position. The role offers a clear path for career advancement as the business continues to expand. What You'll Do Receive and organize incoming inventory Sort, clean, and grade accessories and devices Process and fulfill orders across multiple platforms Create and post product listings Ship outbound orders accurately and on time Help develop workflows and train future hires as the team grows What We're Looking For 2 or more years of warehouse, fulfillment, or electronics experience Comfortable with ecommerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, or similar) Strong attention to detail and able to work independently Highly organized with a strong understanding of warehouse flow and inventory movement Someone who takes ownership and doesn't need hand-holding Leadership experience or a clear desire to step into that role What We Offer $22 - $26/hr depending on experience Full-time Monday through Friday, no weekends Ground floor opportunity to build and lead a team A role where your work actually matters and is noticed
