Job Description

SURESTAFF
is immediately hiring for a Bilingual Warehouse Lead for a large distribution center located in The Colony, TX. The Warehouse Lead will support daily warehouse operations while providing guidance and leadership to the team. This is a hands-on position that requires the ability to learn all warehouse operations from the ground up. The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for maintaining company procedures and operational standards while supporting the team in achieving key operational goals related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. The Lead will work closely with warehouse leadership and assist with training, coaching, task delegation, problem-solving, and daily operations.
SURESTAFF
is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation of $18.00-$20.00/hr + BOE, as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).Must be flexible to work weekends during the initial training period. The schedule will transition to Sunday-Thursday, with occasional Fridays and overtime as needed based on business requirements. Responsibilities of the
Bilingual Warehouse Lead:
Maintain and monitor product movement, product codes, aisles, and storage areas. Assist warehouse leadership with daily operations and team coordination. Assign daily tasks and delegate work as directed by leadership. Oversee quality assurance audits completed by the team. Identify, resolve, and report operational issues and recurring errors. Update and maintain operational metrics using computerized systems. Fill in for key personnel as needed to help achieve daily operational goals. Ensure safety, cleanliness, and company standards are consistently maintained. Provide safety and process training, coaching, and development to team members. Maintain company procedures and operational standards. Support and monitor company frameworks, including 3Ps, 3Fs, and 3Ts. Perform standard Warehouse Associate duties as needed. Maintain a professional and calm demeanor in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Preferred Qualifications of the
Bilingual Warehouse Lead:
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish - required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong leadership and teamwork abilities with the ability to lead by example. Highly adaptable with the ability to learn new processes quickly. Proven problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of 5S standards. Basic math proficiency. Previous warehouse leadership experience is a plus. Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, or cherry picker is a plus, but not required. Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, push, and lift 25-50 lbs. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures.
