As a Shift Lead , you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by leading our team through receiving, picking, packing, and preparing customer orders with precision and care and assisting in other warehouse administrative tasks. The Position We are seeking a dependable and motivated Evening/Night Shift Lead to oversee our evening warehouse team while remaining actively involved in daily operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and experience working in a fast-paced fulfillment environment. What You'll Do Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to work instructions. Lead and support the night shift warehouse team to ensure daily goals are met. Communicate priorities, address issues, and maintain productivity Operate warehouse software during the packing and shipping process. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily performance goals. What We're Looking For Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is helpful, but not required — we'll train the right person. Past leadership role or management of small team is highly desired. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for most of the shift. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset .
