Regional Manager About Swedish Moose Candy Co. Swedish Moose Candy Co. is a Utah-based Swedish pick-and-mix candy retailer with three locations across the Wasatch Front and southern Utah. We're building out our team and systems as we grow, and we're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to keep our candy moving smoothly from supplier to shelf. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and log incoming candy and supply shipments for accuracy and quality Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, following labeling and rotation standards Pick, pack, and prepare orders for distribution to our American Fork, Provo, Springville, and St. George stores Fulfill online orders accurately and on schedule, including packing, labeling, and preparing them for shipment or pickup Operate, Load, and unload delivery trucks & vans; assist with transport runs between the warehouse and store locations within Utah. Track inventory counts and flag low-stock or discrepancy issues to the Head of Supply Chain Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with basic safety standards Assist with seasonal inventory builds and special event/bulk order preparation Report equipment issues or maintenance needs promptly Qualifications Able to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs regularly Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (will drive between locations) Strong attention to detail and comfort with basic spreadsheets and tracking lists Ability to work independently, quickly, and manage time without close supervision Prior warehouse, stockroom, or retail backroom experience a plus, but not required Positive, team-oriented attitude — you'll be a key link between our stores Opportunities Direct exposure to how a growing multi-location retail brand manages supply chain and logistics Path to a Supply Chain Lead or Supply Chain Coordinator role as Swedish Moose grows Cross-training opportunities in retail operations, inventory systems, and store support Employee candy discount Be part of a small, hands-on team where your work directly shapes how the company scales How to Apply Apply through indeed or send a resume and a short note about your interest and availability to .
