Shift Supervisor Tasks & Duties Overseeing Staff:

Manage and supervise temporary warehouse workers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Training and Orientation:

Provide training and orientation for new temporary employees on safety and job procedures.

Task Assignment:

Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure productivity and accuracy.

Inventory Management:

Assist with inventory control, including stock organization and accuracy checks.

Safety Compliance:

Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed by temporary staff.

Problem Resolution:

Address any issues or conflicts that arise among temporary workers or with tasks.
