Partner with the Prefab Department on material handoffs, kitting, and finished-assembly logistics. Maintain inventory tracking systems to optimize stock levels, reduce waste, and provide visibility to leadership. Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits; reconcile discrepancies promptly. Conduct safety inspections and maintain an orderly, hazard-free work environment. Oversee maintenance and repair of warehouse tools, equipment, forklifts, and trucks in coordination with the Shop Mechanic-Repairman. Maintain records for equipment use, inspections, and certifications. Communicate clearly with Procurement, Project Management, and Field teams to keep operations aligned. Resolve logistical and operational challenges quickly, and identify opportunities to reduce cost, improve throughput, and improve service to project teams.
