Our Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operation of our Fairfax warehouse and plays an important role in ensuring customer orders are accurate, organized, and ready on time. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work, staying organized, working independently, and providing excellent service to customers and transportation providers.

What You'll Do:

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, order checking, loading and unloading
• Accurately pull, stage, and verify customer orders
• Assist customers and transportation companies with pickups and deliveries
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse
• Monitor warehouse processes and identify opportunities to improve productivity and accuracy
• Coordinate with sales, customer service, transportation, and other departments to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
• Assist with inventory-related responsibilities and miscellaneous warehouse projects as needed We're Looking for

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of warehouse experience, including lead or supervisory responsibility preferred
• Forklift certification required
• Experience with order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, or distribution operations
• Reliable transportation

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (occasional overtime as needed)

Pay Range:

$27.00 - $31.00 per hour
