Our Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operation of our Fairfax warehouse and plays an important role in ensuring customer orders are accurate, organized, and ready on time. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work, staying organized, working independently, and providing excellent service to customers and transportation providers.What You'll Do:
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, order checking, loading and unloading
- Accurately pull, stage, and verify customer orders
- Assist customers and transportation companies with pickups and deliveries
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse
- Monitor warehouse processes and identify opportunities to improve productivity and accuracy
- Coordinate with sales, customer service, transportation, and other departments to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
- Assist with inventory-related responsibilities and miscellaneous warehouse projects as needed We're Looking for

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of warehouse experience, including lead or supervisory responsibility preferred
- Forklift certification required
- Experience with order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, or distribution operations
- Reliable transportation
