We offer an extensive portfolio of conveyor equipment and related container handling machinery. We specialize in integrating packaging equipment and conveying systems into cost-effective and efficient plan designs. The Parts Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, assembling, and fulfilling spare parts orders while supporting the assembly and preparation of spare parts kits, subassemblies, and components. Reporting to the Spare Parts Manager, this position serves as a critical link between the spare parts and manufacturing teams to ensure customers receive accurate, high-quality parts shipments on time. Are you excited about this work? Process and coordinate spare parts orders from receipt through shipment. Assemble spare parts kits, components, and subassemblies according to work instructions, engineering specifications, and customer requirements. Read and interpret bills of materials, assembly instructions, work orders, and technical documentation. Pick, stage, and verify parts required for customer orders and assembly projects. Collaborate with inventory, purchasing, engineering, and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Conduct quality checks on assembled kits and parts to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve order discrepancies, assembly issues, and inventory concerns. Maintain accurate records of order activity, assembly completion, inventory transactions, and customer communications. Assist with cycle counts, inventory control activities, and stock replenishment requests. Package and prepare assembled parts and kits for shipment. Support continuous improvement efforts related to fulfillment processes, inventory management, and workplace efficiency. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements. If this sounds like you, we want to connect! High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in spare parts coordination, inventory management, assembly, manufacturing, or order fulfillment preferred. Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools preferred. Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management processes. Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, bills of materials, and assembly instructions. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. What's in it for you?
