Are you an experienced warehouse leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Grand Furniture & Ashley is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead warehouse teams, drive productivity, and ensure exceptional customer service. What You'll Do Lead and develop warehouse supervisors and warehouse associates Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, and product flow Ensure accurate inventory management and warehouse organization Drive productivity, quality, and customer service standards Monitor warehouse performance and identify process improvements Manage staffing, scheduling, coaching, and performance management Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork Conduct team meetings and communicate company goals and expectations Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards Collaborate with operations leadership to achieve business objectives Requirements What We're Looking For 3+ years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience Experience managing teams in a distribution, logistics, or warehouse environment Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse operations Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and solve problems effectively Strong communication and customer service skills Forklift experience preferred Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, and pull merchandise with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and climb throughout the workday Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures Benefits Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k,) Life Insurance Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Short Term & Long Term Disability Training & Development Employee Discount Employee Assistance Program
