You will be responsible for directing the activities of warehouse staff to ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This includes monitoring supply inventory levels, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of productivity. Qualifications Extensive forklift experience Leadership skills Computer literate Excellent communication skills Basic math skills Responsibilities Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve daily operational goals Effective communication with supervisors Ensure all warehouse operations are conducted in compliance with safety regulations Enforce all PPE requirements Monitor supplies inventory levels and notify supervisor to replenish Compose and distribute daily reports Assist in training new team members on warehouse procedures and best practices Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs Schedule of available shifts First shift Monday through Thursday 5 am to 3:30 pm Second shift Monday through Thursday 3:30 pm to 2 am Third shift Friday, Saturday, Sunday 5 am to 3:30 pm
