Chipman Relocation & Logistics has been moving families and businesses since 1939. • Coordinate and supervise warehouse and distribution projects
• Ensure the accuracy of inventory
• Point of contact for logistic clients
• Rate paperwork and prepare for billing
• Prepare files and documentation as needed
• Assist in answering phones and taking care of current and potential customers.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Required qualifications are:

• Minimum two years of office administration/customer service experience.
• High School diploma - AA preferred
• Strong computer skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office A Successful Candidate with possess the following characteristics:
• Strong sense of urgency
• Strong written communication skills
• Helpful and personable communication with strong follow through skills
• Ability to produce high quality, thorough and detailed work.
• Strong problem solving, time management, organizational and analytical skills
• Team player Compensation & Benefits The salary range for the warehouse coordinator position is $25-$29/hr, depending on qualifications and experience.
