This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a hands-on warehouse leader who enjoys building strong teams, improving processes, and maintaining high standards for safety, accuracy, and productivity. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee receiving, inventory movement, storage, distribution, order fulfillment, and documentation while working closely with internal teams to support business needs. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and supervise a small warehouse team while communicating daily priorities and performance expectations. Oversee receiving, storage, inventory movement, shipping, order fulfillment, and distribution activities. Maintain inventory accuracy through proper material flow, cycle counts, documentation, and inventory control processes. Coordinate warehouse operations with internal departments to support production, customer demand, and operational timelines. Monitor warehouse performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Enforce safety standards, company procedures, organized storage practices, and accurate shipping and receiving documentation. Compensation and Benefits Direct hire opportunity.
