We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Warehouse Lead . This position will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, maintaining accurate inventory, coordinating the preparation and movement of materials, and ensuring that materials are properly received, stored, staged, and delivered to jobsites. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who takes pride in maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse, communicates well with field and office teams, and can prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role will also provide support to field operations as needed, including material staging, deliveries, and occasional jobsite assistance.

$23 - $26 Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure materials, tools, and equipment are organized, accessible, and properly maintained. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Establish and maintain efficient systems for receiving, storing, staging, and distributing materials. Coordinate daily warehouse priorities based on upcoming projects, deliveries, and field needs. Ensure materials are properly labeled, organized, and stored to prevent damage, loss, or unnecessary delays. Identify and communicate warehouse, inventory, or material issues to management. Inventory & Material Management Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure materials are properly tracked from receipt through delivery and use. Receive and inspect incoming deliveries, verifying quantities, condition, and accuracy against purchase orders or packing slips. Report shortages, damaged materials, or discrepancies in a timely manner. Perform regular inventory counts and help maintain accurate inventory levels. Monitor commonly used materials and communicate upcoming shortages or purchasing needs. Organize and maintain tools, equipment, supplies, and job-specific materials. Jobsite & Delivery Support Prepare materials for upcoming jobs by pulling, organizing, and staging items for delivery. Coordinate with field teams to ensure the correct materials, tools, and equipment are ready when needed. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Operate trucks and other equipment as needed to transport materials between the warehouse, suppliers, and jobsites. Ensure deliveries are properly secured and materials arrive at jobsites in good condition. Assist with jobsite logistics and material handling when needed. Support basic installation, maintenance, or field-service activities as needed during periods of high demand. Leadership & Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day warehouse activities. Coordinate with team members to ensure materials are available when needed. Help establish priorities and keep warehouse activities on schedule. Provide direction and support to warehouse staff or other team members as assigned. Promote safe work practices and ensure proper handling of materials, tools, vehicles, and equipment. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse organization, efficiency, and material tracking. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse, logistics, construction, or material management experience preferred. Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for at least 7 years and ability to drive trucks as needed. Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, trucks, and other warehouse equipment; applicable certifications are a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail, particularly when receiving and tracking inventory. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with field, office, and warehouse teams. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working with inventory management systems, spreadsheets, or other tracking tools. Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional nights and weekends, as required by project and delivery schedules. Physical ability to regularly lift, carry, load, and unload materials and equipment. Ability to work safely in a warehouse and construction/jobsite environment.
