The company is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor at its location in Burlington, WA. Ideal candidates will possess a high level of initiative, discretion and independent judgment, with a can-do attitude and the ability to multi-task. One who can see things that need to be done and figure out a way to do them effectively and efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
High school diploma (or equivalent). Three (3)+ years' directly supervising personnel or equivalent internal retail experience. Be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license (or 18 years of age with a valid commercial driver's license) to operate a commercial motor vehicle (10,001 lbs. GVWR). Maintain a safe and insurable driving record. Be able to obtain a Medical Examiner's Certificate for the operation of a commercial motor vehicle Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities with an emphasis on correctly calculating figures and amounts. Commitment to excellence and high standards especially in terms of providing outstanding customer service. Physical ability to stand for extended periods; bend, stoop and kneel frequently. Lift, carry, push, pull and load up to 60 pounds. Professional appearance and demeanor. Proven track record of being dependable and reliable. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Must pass pre-employment drug screen as a condition of employment.

Experience working in a warehouse or retail setting Product knowledge in one or more of the following areas: feed, seed, pet food & supplies, hardware, fencing, animal health, tack, clothing & footwear, lawn & garden or wild bird supplies Experience safely dispensing propane cylinders, operating pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.
SCHEDULE
This is a full time, in-person, 40 hours per week position (schedule will vary). Sunday through Saturday. Must be available to work evenings and/or weekends as needed.
Pay:
$18.15 - $24.00 per hour
