We offer client design and fabrication services anchored with the leading brands in the outdoor/action sports industry. Position Summary BUiLT is seeking an experienced Warehouse Foreman to oversee daily warehouse operations, material flow, inventory management, shipping and receiving activities, and warehouse personnel. This leadership position plays a critical role in ensuring materials, fixtures, cabinetry, and project components are accurately received, organized, staged, and delivered to support production and installation schedules. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, experience managing warehouse teams, and the ability to maintain efficiency, safety, and accountability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, staging, shipping, and material distribution. Lead, train, and support warehouse staff while promoting a productive and team-oriented work environment Ensure all incoming materials are received, inspected, documented, and stored accurately. Coordinate material staging and delivery schedules to support production, installation, and project timelines. Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records. Operate, maintain, and oversee the safe use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment. Monitor warehouse organization and implement processes to improve efficiency and material flow. Ensure all project materials, hardware, and components are properly labeled, packaged, and prepared for shipment. Collaborate with production, project management, and engineering teams to ensure material availability and accuracy. Enforce company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment. Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed. Track and report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, and warehouse performance metrics. Perform additional warehouse and logistics duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience as a Warehouse Foreman, Warehouse Lead, Shipping & Receiving Supervisor, or similar leadership role. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling procedures. Experience supervising and training warehouse personnel. Ability to read material lists, packing lists, purchase orders, and shipping documentation. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment. Proficiency with inventory tracking systems and basic computer skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds. Experience in cabinetry, millwork, manufacturing, or commercial fabrication environments preferred. Valid forklift certification is a plus.
