  • We're looking for a motivated and experienced
  • Warehouse Lead
  • to help drive daily warehouse operations and support a high-performing distribution team.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and enjoys helping others succeed. As a Warehouse Lead, you'll play a key role in coordinating workflow, supporting team members, maintaining productivity, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. While this position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities, it serves as a trusted resource and leader on the warehouse floor.
  • What You'll Do
  • + Lead by example through strong work ethic, teamwork, and accountability.
+ Coordinate daily warehouse activities and communicate priorities to team members. + Monitor workflow and proactively address operational needs. + Provide guidance, training, and support to warehouse associates. + Reinforce productivity, safety, and quality standards. + Assist with onboarding and training new employees. + Support inventory control, returns processing, and Warehouse Management System (WMS) transactions. + Help resolve operational challenges and escalate concerns when necessary. + Communicate progress, delays, and operational updates to management. + Collaborate with cross-functional departments to maintain efficient operations. + Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment. + Perform warehouse functions as needed to support daily goals.
  • Qualifications
•? Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience ? Leadership, training, or team lead experience preferred ? Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety practices ? Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) ? Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing operational needs ? Strong communication and problem-solving skills ? Experience with inventory control, shipping, receiving, and warehouse processes ? Dependable, accountable, and team-oriented attitude ? Ability to work actively on the warehouse floor throughout the shift
  • Pay Details:
  • $26.
