Full Job Description Description:
We are looking for a strong, experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. This position will require disciplined organization, delegation, and strong leadership skills. You will implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations. Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in daily work. Team building, timekeeping, and conducting new hire training Maximize efficiencies to increase productivity Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees' performance Organize and maintain the work area. Communicate job expectations and coach employees Determine staffing levels and assign workload Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems Maintain item records, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
Shift:
Sunday - Thursday Pay rate: $20/hr (weekly pay)
Benefits:
Health Insurance PTO 401K- after 180 days (6 months) On-demand pay
Requirements:
Experience in interviewing, hiring, coaching, and terminating Desire to build an amazing team Must be flexible Have a positive, solution-focused attitude Must undergo a background check Must pass a drug test Proven work experience as a warehouse lead/ supervisor Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data Hands-on commitment to getting the job done Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations Strong organizational and time management skills Employer participates in E-Verify
