You'll lead a team that moves fast, handles complexity, and delivers with excellence. As Warehouse Supervisor, you are responsible for guiding day-to-day operations in a high-volume distribution center serving two iconic quick service restaurant brands. In This Role, You'll:
Plans, implements, and monitors the day-to-day operations for the warehouse department to ensure that established objectives for shipping, product rotation, sanitation, safety, and timeliness are met or exceeded Monitors loading, dispatch, and receiving times and makes appropriate changes, ensuring compliance with QIP, HACCP, and DOT regulations. Routinely informs and communicates with associates to ensure compliance with established warehouse productivity, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures Monitors and completes numerous computer-based and manual reports and related paperwork, including time records, daily logs, damage reports, etc. Monitors product damage and audits routes to ensure reliable product delivery Plans and schedules manpower. Plans and coordinates vehicle and equipment maintenance and utilization reports. Performs other related and assigned duties as necessary.What You'll Bring:
3-6 years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations, including team supervision Lead a diverse workforce in a 24 hour/7 day per week operation Supervise and motivate associates in a team-based environment Interpret warehouse operations anomalies and identify appropriate solutions Work effectively in a general business environment, with a focus on high levels of quality and customer service Act in accordance withGSF's Values and Creed The Schedule & Setting:
Full-time, on-site supervisory role in a temperature-controlled warehouse Supports a 24/7 operation with flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Leads a large-scale warehouse team focused on safety, reliability, and servicePay & Benefits:
Pay Range (Base Pay): $80,168- $95,024 Weekly pay (every Friday)
Other Compensation:
May include shift differentials, overtime pay, bonuses, or other incentive pay as applicable to the position and location.Health and Wellness:
