Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of warehouse staff Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure deadlines are met Oversee receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping processes Enforce safety procedures and maintain compliance with OSHA standards Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse team members Monitor inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies Maintain equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) and report maintenance needs Prepare shift reports and communicate with upper management

Requirements:

2+ years of warehouse supervisory or lead experience He mast be know how to use G-Suite programs Familiarity with inventory management systems (WMS) Ability to lift up to 40lbs and stand for extended periods Forklift certification a plus

Pay:

$1,000.00 - $1,100.00 per week
