An ideal candidate will value teamwork, customer success, and leaving a positive impact on the community.
Essential Functions:
- In charge of shipping and receiving of parts on a daily basis
- In charge of stocking and organizing parts shelves
- In charge of delivering parts for service work orders to shop
- Pull parts orders
- Assists Parts Counter personnel with incoming parts order calls as needed
- Maintain the parts warehouse in a clean, organized manner
- After hours and weekend emergency parts contact as scheduled
- Assist parts department with appropriate parts stocking levels as needed
- Manage annual parts inventory process and cycle counts
- Operate various machines to accomplish job tasks to include forklifts and manlifts
- Other duties as assigned

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Desired:
Some warehouse experience is preferred; Knowledge of/experience with parts reference sources and materials such as manufacturer manuals, books, internet and ability to effectively use such materials.Physical and Environmental Elements:
Work is performed in a Parts warehouse and occassionaly in the service shop. Primarily indoors with bay doors open for deliveries so subject to some outside weather. Can be hot or cold variations with the weather conditions. The physical requirements include standing/walking 90% of the time and moving about while working. The position occasionally bends, stoops, reaches, pushes and pulls drawers to retrieve and file information and lifts and carries reports, records, and other materials that typically weigh less than 25 pounds. On occasion materials can weigh up to 60 pounds. Finger dexterity is needed to access, enter and retrieve data using a computer keyboard, calculator and to operate standard office equipment. Must be able to speak and communicate clearly.TRIAD MACHINERY
