Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities Manage warehouse distribution operations, including order fulfillment, picking & packing, and materials handling to ensure timely delivery of products. Oversee inventory management and control, utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms to maintain accurate stock levels. Coordinate shipping logistics and transportation planning, working with freight providers, 3PL partners, and transportation management systems (TMS) to optimize routes and reduce costs. Supervise warehouse staff and team members, fostering a collaborative environment focused on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with transportation safety regulations, regulatory standards, and international trade regulations in all warehouse activities. Monitor procurement processes for sourcing materials and packaging supplies while managing category management strategies. Utilize data analysis skills to evaluate supply chain analytics, demand planning, and process improvements that enhance operational performance. Skills Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and logistics operations. Proficiency in inventory management systems (such as Warehouse Management System or AS400), ERP software, and Microsoft Office tools. Experience with shipping & receiving procedures, freight management, and transportation logistics including road transportation operations. Ability to operate forklifts safely; relevant forklift certification preferred. Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead a diverse workforce effectively. Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and regulatory compliance standards. Technical proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and supply chain analytics tools. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in order picking & packing processes.
