(DDI) is looking for an experienced Driver Trainer / Delivery Supervisor to join our Arbor Vitae delivery team. This full-time leadership position works a 4-day schedule (Tuesday-Friday) and is responsible for training, supporting, and developing our delivery team while helping ensure excellent service for our customers throughout Northern Wisconsin. What You'll Do Train, coach, and support delivery drivers to help them succeed. Develop drivers on safe delivery practices, customer service, and company procedures. Provide feedback and guidance to improve driver performance and route execution. Assist with route planning and delivery operations. Provide relief support on delivery routes when needed. Deliver products to customers while maintaining excellent service standards. Build strong relationships with internal teams and external customers. Help resolve customer service issues and identify opportunities for process improvements. Ensure accurate deliveries, inventory, invoices, returns, and customer account information. Support hiring, training, and employee development activities. What We're Looking For Valid Class A CDL with a good driving record. Experience driving professionally and working with delivery routes. Leadership, training, or supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to coach and develop others. Customer-focused attitude and strong attention to detail. Beverage industry experience preferred but not required. Ability to safely lift up to 175 lbs.
