 2nd Shift Monday - Friday 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Milwaukee, WI Weekly pay for all employees! What will you do? Make an impact! Tradebe is looking for a Shipping Coordinator to support safe, compliant, and efficient shipping operations within a regulated industrial facility. This role is ideal for detail‑oriented workers, forklift operators, and individuals looking to grow their skills in logistics and environmental services. Key Job Responsibilities Ensure shipping and processing areas meet DOT, RCRA, and facility permit requirements Follow all EHS regulations and internal safety standards Maintain DOT compliance for offsite shipments Operate a forklift to move, load, and transfer materials Support inventory control through scanning and documentation Complete entry-level SAP shipping tasks, including basic drum lookups and inter-company manifests Assist with basic forklift fleet upkeep, such as fluid checks and inspections Consolidate materials to support efficient, cost-effective shipment processing Collaborate with team members across shifts to maintain steady workflow Other duties as assigned Do you have what it takes? High school diploma or equivalent One to three years of industry experience preferred Knowledge of DOT regulations Ability to safely operate a forklift Basic skills in Microsoft Word and Excel Comfortable with basic math Able to read and apply SOPs, manifests, and bills of lading Able to work on-site and follow the assigned schedule Able to read, write, and understand English What's in for you?
