Job Description

Quality & Shipping Coordinator Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Quality & Shipping Coordinator to support our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for managing customer quality documentation, maintaining compliance records, supporting ISO 9001 and ITAR requirements, and handling day-to-day shipping operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with documentation and logistics systems, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Quality & Compliance Manage and organize customer quality documentation Process and maintain: Material certifications Plating certifications Hardware certifications Inspection and compliance documents Ensure documentation packages are complete and accurate for customer shipments Maintain
ISO 9001
quality management documentation and records Assist with internal audits and quality procedures Support annual ITAR registration and compliance activities Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding required certifications and documentation Shipping & Logistics Prepare daily shipments using FedEx and freight carriers Create shipping labels, packing slips, and shipment documentation Package parts for shipment, including custom crate shipments Coordinate LTL and freight shipments with carriers Prepare and process customer invoices Track shipments and resolve shipping issues as needed Maintain shipping records and ensure on-time delivery Administrative / Operations Support Maintain organized digital and physical records Coordinate daily priorities with the internal operations team Support general operational workflow and order processing Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, logistics, quality, or operations preferred Familiarity with
ISO 9001
documentation and processes preferred Experience with shipping platforms such as FedEx Ship Manager or similar Understanding of manufacturing documentation and certifications is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working with spreadsheets, PDFs, and ERP/accounting systems Ability to lift and package shipments as needed Strong communication and follow-through Ideal Candidate Detail-oriented and highly organized Comfortable managing multiple priorities Able to work independently and as part of a team Process-driven with strong follow-through Comfortable in both office and hands-on shipping environments Compensation Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications. Schedule Full-time position Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm Day shift
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
