Job Description

Shipping & Receiving Coordinator Join our dynamic team as a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and shipments that keep our operations running seamlessly. This essential position serves as the backbone of our logistics, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments with precision and efficiency to support project timelines and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
You will be responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of all incoming materials, as well as coordinating outbound shipments to job sites and clients. Your efforts will ensure that materials are correctly documented, delivered on time, and handled safely, all while maintaining excellent communication with vendors, freight carriers, and internal teams.
Required Skills:
High school diploma or GED; associates degree preferred 3+ years in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing scheduling operations Proven experience coordinating freight carriers and preparing Bills of Lading Strong organizational and communication skills—both written and oral Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations Physical dexterity, with experience operating forklifts Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with inventory management software Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience with ERP/MRP systems Additional certifications in forklift operation or logistics Knowledge of hazardous materials classifications and handling
Preferred Education and Experience:
Candidates with an associate's degree or higher in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields are preferred. Extensive experience in fast-paced warehouse environments will also be advantageous.
Other Requirements:
This role is based on-site and does not require relocation. Candidates should be prepared to operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently, and possess a strong attention to detail in documentation and inventory accuracy.
