Shift/schedule:

First Shift with flexibility and occasional 2nd-shift coverage as business needs dictate. Employment type: Direct Hire (DH) Growth or other perks: Key operational leadership role reporting directly to the General Manager in a close-knit, supportive environment. What You'll Do Lead and work alongside warehouse staff in daily loading, unloading, material movement, order picking, and forklift operations. Supervise, train, schedule, and support warehouse personnel while driving accountability, accuracy, and strong floor safety practices. Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities and conditions against documentation, and organize material storage to maximize space and flow. Pick, stage, package, and double-check outgoing customer shipments to ensure accurate product, counts, dimensions, and paperwork. Maintain accurate inventory records, participate in physical counts, and promptly address any discrepancies or damaged goods. Oversee warehouse supplies (pallets, packaging, shipping materials) and maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility. What You'll Bring Previous hands-on experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, manufacturing, or distribution environment (supervisory/leadership experience preferred). Strong forklift experience (or willingness to become certified) plus basic computer skills for inventory, shipping, and documentation. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to accurately count, measure, and verify raw materials and finished goods. Ability to perform physical warehouse labor (standing, walking, lifting, reaching) throughout the day, with the schedule flexibility to work overtime or cover 2nd shift when needed.
