Job Description

POSITION

5am

•130pm Monday through Friday + OVERTIME!!

STARTING PAY

•$22.50 REQUIRED

EDUCATION

•High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary logistics or supply chain training a plus.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Minimum 2 years in shipping, logistics, or warehouse coordination preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient with shipping software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office. Ability to read shipping schedules, freight documentation, and production paperwork. Excellent communication skills with internal teams and external carriers. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily shipping operations to meet customer and production schedules. Prepare shipping documents including bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels. Schedule and communicate with freight carriers, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries. Verify product accuracy, quantities, and packaging before shipment. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely to load and unload trucks. Maintain organized shipping records and update ERP or inventory systems with shipment data. Collaborate with Production and Materials teams to ensure finished goods are staged and ready for shipment. Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. Track shipments and resolve delivery or documentation issues promptly. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Shipping and Logistics departments. Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
