Busy company is looking to hire a Warehouse Lead Coordinator to manage all aspects of shipping and receiving and to prioritize tasks based on customer needs. This is a working lead role filling orders and solving issues in the warehouse. The Warehouse Lead Coordinator does not have any direct reports. Tasks of the Warehouse Lead Coordinator include: Pick and pack orders accurately and within prepaid shipping terms Determine method of shipment such as UPS, SpeeDee, Action, or LTL Carrier Ensure that correct labels, packing slips, and Bills of Lading are entered and included Update the daily back order list Communicate any extraordinary customer issues to the Purchasing and Logistics Coordinator Unload / load shipments using pallet jack or forklift Receive and rotate inventory on the warehouse shelves Evaluate new inventory to fulfill back orders Perform monthly cycle counts and semi-annual physical inventory counts Clean and organize the warehouse as needed Requirements of the Warehouse Lead Coordinator include: Strong attention to detail Organized Strong communicator Ability to lift 50 pounds Forklift experience with the ability to be licensed High school diploma or equivalent LS123
