In this role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient process flow, inventory accuracy, and safety compliance. Your leadership will drive team performance, streamline logistics workflows, and uphold the highest standards of materials handling. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence warehouse productivity and contribute to the success of a fast-paced logistics environment.

Workflow Supervision:

Oversee materials and products from raw receipt through production, storage, and shipment to meet customer schedules.

Shipping & Receiving:

Supervise all receiving, storage, and shipping activities to ensure strict compliance with established quality requirements.

Product Integrity:

Manage proper verification, traceability, weighing, and handling of raw materials and finished goods to prevent damage or contamination.

Facility Maintenance:

Maintain high standards of organization, cleanliness, and proper equipment condition across all operational areas.

Inventory Control:

Plan and monitor physical counts to ensure high inventory accuracy, reliability, and material availability.

Resource Alignment:

Coordinate operational priorities and resource allocation in direct alignment with production planning.

Team Development:

Lead and develop teams by assigning clear responsibilities, monitoring performance, and providing regular feedback.

Talent Growth:

Conduct formal performance evaluations and regular 1-on-1 meetings to identify training needs and support employee growth.

Safety & Compliance:

Enforce occupational health and safety requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and internal company procedures. Qualifications Experience in warehouse operations, production, logistics, or related supervisor roles. Experience in managing and developing operational teams. Experience or an understanding of inventory management, shipping/receiving procedures, and materials handling. Familiarity with heavy lifting safety practices and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Certified in Forklift Operation.

Pay:

$31.35 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
