This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience in warehouse operations and leadership. What You Will Be Doing Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to achieve performance targets and exceed customer expectations. Implement and streamline operational procedures to maximize productivity and minimize errors. Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to enhance workflow efficiency and meet deadlines. Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure accuracy in stock tracking systems. Foster a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices. What Skills Do I Need? Proven experience in warehouse operations with at least 2 in a supervisory role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Proficient in inventory management processes. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Commitment to upholding safety standards and protocols.
