Logistics / Supply Chain / Warehouse Operations Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, receiving, and shipping activities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring materials move efficiently through the warehouse while maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting on-time customer fulfillment. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, communication, and problem-solving are essential. Responsibilities Coordinate material receiving, shipping, and warehouse transactions Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation Process inventory, shipping, and receiving transactions within company systems Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock audits Prioritize work to meet shipping deadlines and customer commitments Identify and resolve material, inventory, and shipment discrepancies Provide daily updates regarding inventory and shipment status Escalate overdue issues and support timely resolution Work closely with operations, planning, and customer service teams Assist in implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 0-2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or operations environments Education in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to learn and work within inventory management and ERP systems such as SAP Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Preferred Skills Experience with inventory control and cycle counting Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics workflows Experience working with ERP systems and data entry Work Environment Onsite warehouse and operations environment Day shift schedule Team-oriented workplace focused on safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement Why Apply? Pay Details:
