•62K/ Yr. (Based on Experience) Are you a hands on leader with a strong manufacturing background? We're looking for an experienced Team Lead to oversee daily production operations, support team development, and drive continuous improvement.

Lead, coach, and support a team of production associates to achieve daily production goals.

Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development.

Monitor team performance, establish goals, and promote accountability.

Coordinate workflow, inventory, and material availability to maintain efficient production.

Partner with leadership to identify and implement process improvements.

Ensure compliance with all quality standards, safety procedures, and company policies.

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing experience with a strong understanding of production operations.

Proven leadership experience supervising and developing employees.

Experience conducting performance reviews and managing employee performance.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Inventory management and production planning experience preferred.
